Job Description

1. Estimation & Costing

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements. Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and client requirements. Prepare and send inquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate quotations. Compile competitive pricing and prepare commercial bids for submission.

2. Quantity Take-Offs

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and interior design drawings. Prepare cost breakdowns and quantities for various trades (MEP, joinery, civil works, finishes, etc.).

3. Tendering & Bidding

Assist in the preparation and submission of tender bids, RFQs, and RFPs. Support pre-qualification and post-tender clarifications. Attend tender meetings when required.

4. Cost Control & Budget Management

Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with estimates. Provide cost comparisons and identify areas of cost savings during project execution. Assist in tracking variations, claims, and change orders.

5. Procurement Support

Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services. Validate supplier/subcontractor invoices and compare with market rates and quotations.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain updated records of cost data, supplier quotations, and pricing history. Prepare cost reports, valuation certificates, and progress billing support for project managers.

7. Site Coordination (as needed)

Occasionally visit sites to verify quantities and progress. Coordinate with site teams for quantity verification and cost-related matters.
Experience - Minimum 2 Years in Interior Fit Out in UAE

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
