The ideal candidate will have
proven UAE experience
in preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out works, including material take-offs, supplier coordination, and tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
BOQs, material take-offs
, and
cost estimates
for joinery, fit-out, and bespoke furniture projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work to prepare accurate cost breakdowns.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare
tender submissions
and coordinate with project and design teams for technical clarifications.
Maintain cost databases and track project costs against budgets.
Support management during pre- and post-tender stages.
Prepare
value engineering proposals
to optimize cost and material usage.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of Estimation experience
in Interior Fit-out & Joinery within the UAE.
Strong understanding of
joinery materials, production, and site installation costs
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE market rates and supplier base
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
