Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Estimator
to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have aminimum of 5 years' experience in the UAE fit-out industry
, with a solid understanding of pricing, tendering, and cost estimation specific to interior fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand project scope. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs. Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes. Evaluate material, labor, and time requirements. Assist in preparing tender submissions and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and suppliers. Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and design teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience
in fit-out estimation (mandatory).Only candidates with interior fit-out experience will be shortlisted.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and pricing trends. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
