Job Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)
Location:
Dubai, UAEExperience:
Minimum 6 years (UAE/GCC)Role Objective
To provide accurate cost estimations and commercial support for interior fit-out projects, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil works to ensure competitive and profitable project bids.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering:
Review drawings and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.Quantity Take-off:
Accurate quantification of materials, labor, and equipment for MEP and interior finishes.Sourcing:
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to get the most competitive market prices.Cost Analysis:
Prepare price breakdowns, analyze project risks, and suggest value engineering (cost-saving) options.Commercial Support:
Handle technical queries during the tender stage and assist with project variations and final accounts.Requirements
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience as an Estimator/QS in theUAE/GCC interior fit-out industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of MEP systems and interior construction materials.Software:
Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.Skills:
Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.Job Type: Permanent
