Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit Out)

Experience:

Minimum 4 years as an Estimator in the UAE or GCC

Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing sheets for tenders and quotations. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Analyze project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving options. Support the tendering team with clarifications, technical queries, and submission documents. Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. Assist the project team with cost monitoring, variations, and updates when required.
