Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with strong knowledge of joinery works and proficiency in AutoCAD to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and supporting the commercial team in bidding and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for joinery and interior fit-out projects. Read and interpret architectural and joinery shop drawings. Conduct material take-offs and quantity calculations from AutoCAD drawings. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing. Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Support in the preparation of technical and commercial submissions. Track project costs and update budgets as needed. Attend site visits or meetings when required for better understanding of project scope.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery/interior fit-out industry (minimum 2-3 years). Strong knowledge of joinery items, materials, production methods, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). Understanding of local market rates and supplier networks. Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
