Company Description Fujairah National Group (FNG) is one of the largest and well-established commercial groups on the east coast of the UAE. FNG was established in 1982 and operates across diverse segments including oil storage, trading, aviation, shipping, transportation, construction, and contracting. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and drawings, preparing cost estimates and proposals, sourcing materials and subcontractors, and negotiating contracts. Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and proposals
- Knowledge of sourcing materials and subcontractors
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are desirable
