Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Fitout Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects (e.g., offices, hotels, retail, villas). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of fitout materials, and experience in competitive bidding. Key Responsibilities: * Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for fitout projects (joinery, MEP, finishes, etc.).
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Source and compare material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

• Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Tender Submission:

• Assist in preparing competitive bids and tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and contract terms.
• Value Engineering:

• Suggest cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
• Review design changes and assess cost impact.
• Post-Tender Support:

• Participate in client meetings and clarify estimates.
• Assist in handover to project teams after contract award.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in fitout estimation (joinery, MEP, finishes, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, or similar estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, suppliers, and market rates in the UAE.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and tender processes.

• Experience in hospitality (hotels), retail, or high-end residential fitouts.
• Certification in RICS, CCE, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
