Urgent Hiring: Estimator - Fit-Out / Villa Renovation Projects

Location: UAE | Full-Time | Immediate Joiner

We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in residential fit-out, villa renovation, and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling complete cost estimation, preparing BOQs, reviewing drawings, and pricing projects accurately as per UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings, specs, and BOQs Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out & joinery works Coordinate with subcontractors & suppliers for pricing Conduct site assessments and identify risks Support tender documentation and pricing Work closely with project teams for smooth delivery
Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (mandatory) Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in fit-out / residential / joinery projects Strong analytical skills & attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Compensation: will be best at par with industry standards (Based on UAE Experience and performance Note: Only candidates with relevant UAE experience will be considered. Communication: Fluent English is required. Sinhala or Hindi will be considered an advantage.
