5-6 years of proven experience in interior fit-out estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Maintain a database of pricing and regularly update cost information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
5-6 years of hands-on experience in fit-out estimation
within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local market rates and suppliers.
Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Immediate availability preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
