Job Description
:
- Prepares the Bill of Materials and the Bill of Quantities for each project approved.
- Prepare the project contract and the limitation of liabilities.
- Provides profit cost analysis on projects on hand and those of the forecasted projects.
- Submits the budget sheet for all concerned departments involved in each and every project.
- Prepare cost variation on the running projects.
- Selects the appropriate manner of working, tools, techniques and approaches for workers to implement and execute so that project milestones are easily achieved.
- Submits progress reports regularly, be it weekly or monthly depending on the demand from the superior.
- Inputs the project breakdown structure information as a venue to accurately forecast the elements in time, resources, cash flow of the project.
- Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
- Good in cost analysis, project contract and budget sheets preparation
- Very proficient in the use of spreadsheets, MS Office applications
- analytical skills, attention to details
- Vast knowledge with prices of materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and converse with clients
