Position: Estimator

:

Analysingplans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimatecosts, Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices andquotes from suppliers and subcontractors

Analysingdata that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company\xe2\x80\x99sproductivity rates)

Assessingthe financial, technical and operational risks of the project

Stayingaware of the latest construction technologies

Keepingup to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements

Workingclosely with key members of the project team and liaising with clients andsuppliers

Keepingdetailed records and writing reports.

Mandatory Requirements: Knowledge ofLogikal / Orga data , MS Office

Experience: minimum3 years of exp

Salary: AED 4K-5K+ accommodation +other benefitsas per UAE law
