Job Description
Requirement to work for an interior design & fit out company delivering project across Dubai. The role is for an Estimator to work on fit-out projects turnkey commercial fit out.
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience and a background working with fit out companies within the UAE. The role will be support the project team with the following requirements. Excellent communication skills and written and spoken English is essential. Requirements: To be considered for the role:
- Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
- Preparing the scope of works based on surveys carried out by engineers
- Must have experience in quantity take offs and project estimation
- Work alongside the design team to establish project requirements
- Supervising surveys and interpreting third party survey.
- Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seek new companies to pre- qualify for inclusion on tender list.
- Develops bid cost estimates for the specified deadlines for submission
- Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
