This role involves preparing accurate estimates, creating design drawings, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit-out projects.
Review design drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify materials, costs, and labor needs.
Create and develop detailed
AutoCAD drawings
, layouts, and 3D visualizations for client approval.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical details.
Support the project and procurement teams with design clarifications and material selections.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, design feasibility, and progress.
Work closely with project managers to ensure design intent and budget alignment.
Prepare technical submissions, design presentations, and value engineering proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering
, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in estimation and design for interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel
(3D Max or Revit is a plus).
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market rates in the UAE.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
