a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator (Construction & MEP/Interior Fit-Out)
to join our team at Silver Crown Building Contracting LLC. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil construction, MEP works, and interior fit-out estimation. This role involves working on a range of residential, commercial, and interior projects from concept to final tender submission.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction, MEP, and interior fit-out projects.
Analyze drawings, project specifications, and tender documents.
Request and review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare BOQs and tender submissions within strict deadlines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Support the project team with cost-related decisions and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and interior finishes.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
