We are looking for Estimator with draftsman in fitout company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs from drawings (sometimes from conceptual sketches).
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Calculate materials, labor, and time costs.
Assist in bid preparation and value engineering.
Prepare or revise
shop drawings
,
as-built drawings
, and joinery details.
Coordinate with design teams and project managers to ensure feasibility.
Update drawings based on site conditions or client changes.
Support in client presentations with 2D/3D visuals (if skilled in SketchUp or Revit)
Skills:
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
Good spatial understanding and attention to detail.
Knowledge of materials, joinery, and interior detailing.
Minimum 3 years of fitout experience..
