24 Seven Carpentry & Wood Works looking for Estimator cum Draftsman
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for steel, metal, and fabrication projects.
Study technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts.
Coordinate with engineers, production team, and clients for clarifications.
Prepare BOQ, material lists, and cutting lists.
Review project plans and identify cost-saving solutions.
Ensure drawings meet company standards and project timelines.
Support project team during execution and revisions.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and basic estimation tools.
Knowledge of fabrication work:
MS, SS, Aluminium
structures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong analytical and calculation skills.
Good communication and project coordination skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE fit-out experience / working experience in Interior Fit out Projects.
Language:
English (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
