with proven experience in facade systems and aluminum works. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive tender submissions for residential, commercial, and high-rise facade projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
Contribute to value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Review tender documents to identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
Monitor market trends, material prices, and advancements in aluminum and facade systems.
Assist in preparing cost reports, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
.
5 years of experience
in aluminum and facade estimation within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other facade systems.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and numerical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in medium to large-scale UAE construction projects is preferred.
