We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Estimator
with proven expertise in aluminum and facade systems to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical for delivering precise cost estimates and preparing competitive tender submissions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use facade projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to prepare complete and competitive proposals.
Source, assess, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
Support value engineering initiatives to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Analyze tender documents to identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing structures, and innovations in facade materials and systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in aluminum and facade estimation within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other facade systems.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Experience working on medium to large-scale UAE construction projects is an advantage.
