. This role is essential in delivering accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive tender submissions for residential and commercial facade projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop complete and competitive proposals.
Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
Contribute to
value engineering
efforts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Review tender documents to identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
Monitor current market trends, pricing, and advancements in facade materials and systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Architecture
,
Quantity Surveying
, or a related field.
5 years of experience
in aluminum and facade estimation within the
UAE
.
Strong technical knowledge of
curtain walls
,
cladding
,
windows
,
doors
, and facade systems.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Experience working on
medium to large-scale
projects in the UAE construction sector is an advantage.
