we are urgently hooking for Estimators with proven experience in joinery and fit out Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Preparing and fabrication of shop and detailed drawings using 2D/3D. 2. Monitoring production against approved drawings. 3. Checking materials before loading/delivery and compare it to their drawings (as per color, fabrication and size wise per item). 4. Adaptation and adjustment if have of drawings upon site measurement. 5. Preparing BOQ and quantifying items using CAD Drawings as part of the scope. 6. Technical evaluation and coordination with the production team. 7. Price evaluation of the pre-tender and post tender. 8. Sending clarifications to the client for particular inquiry. 9. Coordinating with Purchase Department for material pricing from the respected suppliers. 10. Submitting Progress report and its related documents to accounts department for preparation of tax invoices 11. Provide cost reports, budget reports and other reports required by the accounts department. 12. Preparation of project completion related documents. 13. Go to client's site for taking measurement upon management's instruction. 14. Accomplishes the results by performing the duty. 15. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
