Pre-Contract Estimator -
Tender Preparation: Perform site survey, Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects during the pre-contract phase.
Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs using architectural and engineering drawings to determine material, labour, and equipment requirements.
Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors to support pricing and ensure market competitiveness.
BOQ & Cost Plan Development: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and pricing summaries in alignment with tender requirements and project budgets.
Risk & Value Engineering: Identify cost risks, propose value engineering alternatives, and support negotiations during tender clarifications and bid finalization.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
