Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer - HVAC & MEP to lead pricing and estimation processes for HVAC and MEP-related projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Mechanical and MEP systems, with hands-on experience in analyzing BOQs, technical drawings, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, scope of work, drawings, and specifications for HVAC and MEP systems.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Coordinate with procurement and vendors to get updated material and subcontractor prices.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.

Maintain a database of costing information for future reference.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HVAC/MEP estimation, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and installation methods.

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Planswift, Bluebeam, etc.).

Good understanding of UAE local authority standards (DEWA, DM, etc.).

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Facilities Management pricing is a plus.

Knowledge of maintenance-based estimation (AMC, PPM) is advantageous.
