Hausfit Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced
Procurement Sales Officer
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Study and prepare
BOQs
for MEP and Civil projects
Source vendors and obtain
competitive quotations
Analyze, compare, and finalize the
winning quotation
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and site teams
Handle procurement activities for
MEP & Civil contracting works
Ensure cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven background in
MEP & Civil Contracting
Strong knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and vendor evaluation
Negotiation and supplier management skills
UAE experience preferred
