Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
3-7 years of experience in MEP and/or Civil estimation
UPDA Approved
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Excellent ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
