Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Manage a team of 3-5 estimators and ensure they consistently deliver accurate and timely estimates. \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the development of pricing strategies to ensure they align with the company\'s objectives while keeping the costs in check and maintaining a benchmark of the industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain effective communication with the sales team to ensure an understanding of the customer\'s requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that estimates align with the available capacity, material costs and operational efficiencies. \xef\x82\xb7 Review completed estimates and continually revise or update them as required to maintain market competitiveness and help realize project profitability. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare cost schedules and pricing workbooks using excel in addition to project planning and understanding profitability analysis for management review. \xef\x82\xb7 Implement and maintain an effective estimation process that ensures estimates are aligned with industry standards, company values, and profitability goals. \xef\x82\xb7 Continuously analyse and monitor the data and project variations to identify areas of potential cost savings, waste reduction, and profitability. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 7-10 years of experience in estimation and controlling internal costs. \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience holding a supervisory or managerial role. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. \xef\x82\xb7 Possesses an excellent command and knowledge of Excel and other related software applications. \xef\x82\xb7 Thorough knowledge of material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing processes and varied fluctuations for flexibility in bidding. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels of the organization, including the ability to present data-analysis and reports to senior executives. \xef\x82\xb7 Must be vast Knowledge of estimating and project tracking manually and by using software tools such as AutoCAD, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Fit Out and Furniture manufacturing industry.
