We are a leading bridge construction company based in Abu Dhabi, actively seeking
Estimation Engineers
and
Tender/Bid Engineers
to strengthen our pre-contracts and bidding department.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for bridge and infrastructure projects.
Participate in bid preparation, technical submissions, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align bid strategies.
Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms.
Assist in risk analysis and value engineering during the tendering stage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
3-5 years of UAE experience in estimation or tendering roles within the bridge/infrastructure sector.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Strong understanding of market rates and contractual terms (FIDIC knowledge is a plus).
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
