Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing precise and accurate cost estimates for a variety of engineering projects specialized in

Steel Fabrication

. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive estimates that inform project planning and execution. The ideal Candidate must have experience in Steel Structure material submittals and show knowledge in preparing estimates, understand and be able to analyze tender documents and project needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, for steel fabrication projects.

Review and prepare material submittals for structural steel, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.

Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads

Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates

Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to facilitate the estimation process

Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Conduct risk analysis and identify potential cost deviations, providing mitigation strategies

Maintain a database of historical costs and estimates to improve future estimation accuracy

Support the continuous improvement of estimation processes and methodologies

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and update cost databases.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within the required deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
