Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying (preferably in [residential projects/commercial projects).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
