We are looking for a talented

Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

. Whether you're a

recent graduate

or 1-2 years of experience in

structural steel estimation

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic foundation in mechanical or civil engineering, a strong grasp of steel fabrication principles, and a passion for cost estimation and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Study and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents for steel structures. Prepare accurate

material take-offs (MTO)

and

bill of quantities (BOQ)

for structural steel components. Prepare

cost estimates

, budgets, and pricing based on project specifications and market rates. Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure scope clarity. Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to clarify scope and resolve estimation-related queries. Assist in monitoring project costs and quantities during execution for cost control. Maintain estimation records, price databases, and project documentation.

Education & Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. CGPA: 7.5 - 8.0 or equivalent academic performance.

Preferred Skills:

Solid understanding of

structural steel detailing, fabrication, and erection practices

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel

, and estimation software. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ability to join
