Looking for a Estimation Engineer with 5+ years of UAE.GCC experience.
Managing for all Electrical & Plumbing related works (Electrical LV, ELV, Fire Alarm, Emergency System (Water Supply & Drainage Networks) for the assigned projects which include drawings and materials approval from consultants and DEWA & ADDC, site monitoring and site follow ups for its progress.
Organize and attend technical meetings with client and consultants to discuss shop drawings, material submittals and method statements as necessary.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the projects
Prepare the BOQ, Estimation & Materials submittals for MEP works
Supervising, leading and co- ordination of site foreman's for the field installation works to meet the contractual date.
Review the Engineering submittals (shop drawings, etc.) and ensure the timely approval progress as per agreed schedules.
Plan, organize review and evaluate the work of contractor and others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
