Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare BOQs.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Attend site visits and liaise with project teams to validate quantities and scope.
Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, and plant based on market trends.
Track variation orders, contractual claims, and cost impacts during execution.
Assist in value engineering exercises and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ BSc in Quantity Surveyor.
5+ years of UAE experience in QS and estimation roles within the construction sector.
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and Plan Swift.
Strong understanding of UAE market rates, tender processes, and local regulations.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
