Job Position - Civil Estimation Engineer

ASTRA is looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation for Oil & Gas and civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bid submissions.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and review tender drawings.
- Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Analyze project scope, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure complete tender documentation.
- Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and manpower/equipment plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in estimation for Oil & Gas or civil construction projects.
- Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation tools (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, etc.).
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
