Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in steel fabrication estimation and design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Tekla, SolidWorks, Revit).
- Familiarity with structural analysis tools (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes (cutting, welding, machining, surface treatment).
- Certification in welding inspection (CSWIP, AWS-CWI) or steel detailing.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Understanding of welding symbols, bolted connections, and erection techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
