Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Estimation and Design Engineer

to join our engineering team. The candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of Tridium and Niagara systems.

This role involves working closely with the project management, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure that all estimates and designs meet project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing projects Develop detailed engineering designs and technical drawings based on client specifications and project requirements Analyze project plans, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to gather pricing and technical inputs Optimize design solutions to meet performance, budgetary, and regulatory criteria Review and update designs and estimates based on feedback or design changes Support the procurement process by providing material take-offs and technical specifications Attend client meetings, site visits, and design reviews as needed Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline) 5-10 years of experience in estimation and design engineering in UAE Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software Solid understanding of construction/project lifecycle and costing methodologies Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Experience in estimation and design engineering in UAE
