The Role

We're excited to be working alongside an award-winning art consultancy firm that, due to growth and increased workload, is looking to expand its team with the addition of an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality and client-focused solutions. Working hours: o Monday to Friday o 9.00am - 6.00pm The Successful Estimation & Procurement Coordinator will be offered: o 7,000 AED per month o Working visa o Medical insurance o Career growth As an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator, your duties will include, but will not be limited to: o Prepare cost estimates, comparison sheets, and commercial quotations. o Support the Lead in preparing budgets at Art Strategy or concept stages. o Highlight risks, cost deviations, or missing information promptly. o Follow up with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and lead times. o Ensure RFQ documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed. o Track PEP milestones, updating teams on progress and risks. o Once PEP is approved, prepare POs in ERP system with accurate details and attachments. o Coordinate supplier confirmations and track production status. o Follow up on shipments, customs, and delivery arrangements o Report damages, shortages, and non-compliances
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, procurement, sales administration, or project coordination role. o Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. o Strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills. o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
