2 - Managing Variation by corinating between RERA, CONSULTANT, CONTRACTOR
3 - Payment to contractor, brokers, consultant,etc
4 - Appointing & Managing annual audit
5 - Managing & closing Retention account
6 - Withdrawing profit surplus
7 - Appointing & Cordinating the inspection process
8 - Opening & Closing Escrow account
9 - Main point of contact to consultant, contractor, brokers relating to escrow operation
10 - Visiting to DLD for compliance & other purposes to get the work done
11. Valid UAE Driving License
