Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, functional consultants, and developers -- ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end ERPNext implementations
from requirement gathering to go-live and post-support.
Conduct
project planning
, define milestones, and ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
Collaborate with clients to
analyze business processes
, gather functional requirements, and document BRDs/FSDs.
Coordinate with technical teams for
customization, configuration, and integration
tasks.
Perform
UAT coordination
, ensure user training, and monitor adoption after go-live.
Track
project progress, risks, and budgets
, reporting directly to senior management.
Maintain high standards of
communication, documentation, and quality control
throughout the project.
Ensure
best practices and process standardization
across ERPNext projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience
in ERP project management (ERPNext experience preferred)
or 3+ years of experience
as Functional Consultant .
