Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.). Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions or enhancements. Configure and maintain ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or CRM. Collaborate with department heads and end-users to ensure ERP systems meet operational needs. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and data inconsistencies. Work with vendors or internal developers to manage ERP integrations, upgrades, and customizations. Develop documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Train staff and provide ongoing support to ERP users. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Participate in ERP implementations, migrations, and audits.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support or implementation role. Experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, supply chain, or HR. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools is a plus. Project management experience is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, NetSuite ERP Consultant). Experience in Retails. Familiarity with system integration and API technologies.
