ERP Implementation Consultant / ERP Specialist

About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

ERP Implementation Consultant / ERP Specialist

with a strong background in

Jewelry, Precious Metals, or FinTech industries

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

end-to-end ERP implementation

, requirement gathering, customization, and seamless integration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

end-to-end ERP implementation projects

, from planning to post-go-live support. Work closely with stakeholders to

analyze and document business requirements

. Customize, configure, and optimize ERP solutions to align with

industry-specific processes

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, production, compliance). Ensure

data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

. Provide

training and ongoing support

to users. Identify process gaps and recommend

best practices for efficiency and compliance

. Ensure ERP solution meets

regulatory and industry standards

for Jewelry, Precious Metals, and FinTech sectors.

Requirements



5+ years of proven experience

implementing ERP solutions. Strong domain expertise in

Jewelry, Precious Metals, or FinTech industries

. Hands-on experience with

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)

. Excellent skills in

requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management

. Strong understanding of

finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and compliance workflows

. Ability to

manage multiple implementations

and deliver within deadlines. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications



ERP Certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.). Prior consulting experience with multinational clients. Knowledge of

regulatory compliance in jewelry/precious metals/fintech

industries.
