Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Specialist to manage, implement, and support our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role involves analyzing business processes, ensuring smooth ERP operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems based on business needs. Analyze and document business requirements; translate them into ERP solutions. Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications. Provide user training and technical support for ERP-related queries. Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Collaborate with different departments to optimize workflows and reporting. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Develop custom reports and dashboards as required. Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role. Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or others). Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus. Previous experience in ERP implementation and project management.
