Job Description

Co-ordinate with sales team, give presentations to Overseas clients/prospects Take project ownership of clients/prospects from sales team after winning the project. Communicate with both domestic and international Customers, site visit if required Give presentation and training to customer. Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Model the product to meet customer requirements, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and support. Oversee the successful implementation of the software product, ensuring it meets customer satisfaction and quality standards. Provide customer training and support to promote effective product adoption. Provide training and support to team members. Ensure continuous knowledge development through the company's LMS portal. Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment phases. Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution
meets customer expectations.customer approval.

Manage relationships with stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Complete project sign-off, ensuring all deliverables have been met and securing final Report the project implementation progress to the Management in the Bi-weekly meeting.

Qualification :MCA or B.Tech.Computer science with Accountancy Knowledge, M.B.A Accounting and Finance or Computer science.
