Erp & Software Implementation Coordinator.

Job Description

The job role is to support the planning, execution, and coordination of ERP and software implementation projects. The candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP systems, general software project workflows, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and from a software development background.

This job role is onsite at Ideacrate Head Office, full time, preferably on a contract basis for one year or till the project completion.

Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination:

Manage day-to-day tasks, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for Odoo Finance & Procurement implementations Organize and facilitate project meetings; capture minutes and ensure follow-ups on action items

Stakeholder Liaison:

Act as primary point of contact between developers, business users, vendors, and the IT leadership team Maintain clear, timely communication to align expectations and resolve blockers

Documentation & Governance:

Maintain comprehensive documentation: requirements specs, configuration guides, test cases, user manuals Track and escalate risks, issues, and change requests through formal channels

Implementation Support:

Assist with data migration activities and coordinate system testing (unit, integration, UAT) Support user training sessions and prepare go-live plans, cut-over checklists, and post-go-live support

Team Coordination:

Oversee a small team (3 coordinators/analysts), delegate tasks, and mentor junior members as needed

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to standardize implementation methodologies

Required Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

3-5 years

of project-coordination or PMO experience in ERP/software implementation Proven working knowledge of Odoo ERP, specifically Finance and Procurement modules Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile and/or Waterfall) Strong documentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Preferred



Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Odoo partner certification Background in software development or IT consulting environment Experience in the UAE market or regional implementations.
