We are seeking a highly driven

Sales Executive

with 3-5 years of experience in

ERP direct Sales

, particularly in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a well-developed sales pipeline, and established relationships with decision-makers in core industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently drive ERP sales and meet defined revenue targets. Manage and grow an existing pipeline of prospects across core verticals. Explore and Find new business Opportunities Execute sales activities aligned with the company's marketing strategy. Carry out and complete Sales Cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Translate client needs into defined scopes of work and collaborate with internal teams. Maintain structured and organized sales processes with disciplined follow-up.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in ERP sales, specifically in the UAE region. Strong verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, self-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results. An aggressive and proactive salesperson, capable of performing field visits, executing sales activities, and generating quality leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline(MBA with Sales or Marketing specialization preferred.)
