We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Software ERP Sales Executive
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting our ERP solutions to clients across various industries. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of ERP systems, and proven experience in B2B software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions in the UAE market.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP modules and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ERP or software solution sales in the UAE.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic sales environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling cloud-based or SaaS ERP systems.
Knowledge of UAE market trends and industry verticals.
Existing network of potential ERP clients is a strong advantage.
