Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi Government entity with the mandate to consolidate services and govern multiple affiliates. They are launching an exciting new One ERP Program and are looking to recruit an experienced ERP Project Manager to join the team.

Role:

The ERP Project Manager\'s role is to lead the implementation team for the One ERP program, managing tasks & activities for a successful program accomplishment.

Responsibilities:

- Identify process teams members; as well as nominate process owners \\ super users from the business and obtain proper approval from business leadership management
- Manage participation & input from Business resources to achieve One ERP plan
- Identify and document all implementation activities
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables by reviewing \\ signing off design documents \\ test scenarios \\ test results \\ localized training materials \\ roles mapping (SOD, Job roles \\ End user mapping) and user procedures
- Track and report project status on a weekly\\bi-weekly basis including identifying, categorizing and escalating project issues\ isks that need management attention
- Work with roles lead to ensure roles mapping activities are on track and completed
- Organize\\prepare for Steering Committee in coordination with One ERP PMO
- Meet One ERP PMO Monthly for status and alignment
- Manage business resource participation in testing\\training activities
- Understand the One ERP template solution impact on the Entity and act as a project advocate within the business
- Work closely with the One ERP PMO to ensure the correct plan alignment
- Monitor and report on Entity plan actions
- Identify risks and plan mitigation actions
- Organize project meeting in a regular basis to ensure completion of the tasks on time and raise any concerns\ isks in advance
- Conduct internal and external reviews and walk throughs
- Build and manage the Cutover Plan in coordination with the One ERP program team
- Build and manage the Contingency Plan for the cutover and hyper care period

Requirements:

- Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of multiple large scale ERP Projects
- Experience with implementation across ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.)
- Atleast one consolidation ERP Program in a project\\program manager capacity
- Experience working with SAP & Oracle is a plus
- Strong Stakeholder management experience, ideally within government
- Strong understanding of Business functions
- Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant technical field
- Project Management certifications
- 10+ Years experience working on implementation of ERP projects
