Skills & Experience :- Techno - Functional Experience Preffered #msdynamics365 #d365 \xe2\x97\x8f At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience , preferably all stages from start to go live. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with ERP, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable solutions is desirable \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in an manufacturing company would be beneficial but not essential \xe2\x97\x8f Broad business process understanding and previous experience of ERP implementation in the area of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Human resource will be required \xe2\x97\x8f Experience and understanding of handling ERP in software/cloud (SaaS) implementation projects \xe2\x97\x8f Experience to have worked as an ERP project manager previously \xe2\x97\x8f Must have ERP related Technical and functional components understanding \xe2\x97\x8f Expertise to work closely with ERP implementation partner and Microsoft solution design team \xe2\x97\x8f Experience to manage ERP implementation in multi geo , different taxes and other regional requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Capabilities and willingness to navigate through startup environment to setup and integrate processes across functions \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in the service or consulting industry and know the challenges in this environment \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in gather user requirement workflow documentation, Information gathering analysis Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Project accounting, project meetings, resource management and contract preparation \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge and Application of project management methods (e.g. Prince2, SureStep, PMI, GPM, etc.) \xe2\x97\x8f Skills to to work with large project team , manage conflict, drive results in ambiguity \xe2\x97\x8f Capability to drive task independently with minimum supervision to success in a targeted manner \xe2\x97\x8f Support in administration (licenses, Acces, Security, IT Infrastructure, data migration and master data ) \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing report project charter and monitoring the project status and the project budget \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in the area of PMO or assistance activities as well as in project work \xe2\x97\x8f Experience of documentation , reports , dashboard , project charter for senior management \xe2\x97\x8f Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoints \xe2\x97\x8f Enjoy a proactive, service-oriented and analytical way of thinking and working \xe2\x97\x8f Organizational skills, communication skills and assertiveness \xe2\x97\x8f Occasional willingness to travel Job Types: Full-time, Contract
