• The core of the role will be the implementation of ERP (Oracle, SAP & MS Dynamics Navision)
• Responsible for application integration
• Handling complex Digital Technology projects like Mobile & Web along with ERP
• Managing turnkey outsourced projects
• Worked on 15-20 ERP implementation projects with 3 of them should be large
• Consulting or System Integrator experience is mandatory

• Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the designated application workforce, processes, and technologies
• Offering specialized expertise for each application throughout its life cycle
• Evaluating critical project deliverables
• Handling project stakeholder management and obtaining necessary approvals
• Allocating suitable resources for each phase of the Applications Management activity cycle
• Taking charge of Key ERP/Business Applications and Applications Integration responsibilities
• Handle volume ERP or other Technology projects(anywhere from 50-150)

• Possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Applications, with a managerial role held for at least 5 years.
• Demonstrates domain expertise in one or more pertinent business domains, such as Automotive, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Trading, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
• Good experience with Application extensions and interface functional design.
• Good understanding of standard implementation methodologies like OUM, AIM, Agile, etc.
• Project and Program Management (PMP/Prince2/PgMP/Agile Certification or equivalent)
• Certifications on standard Enterprise Applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Navision, Yardi, etc.) is desirable
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodology

• Good to also have a consulting background with hands-on implementations beside managed resource capacity.
• Business Process Management and Optimization. Six Sigma, CMM experience is a plus
