Infrastructure Project Delivery Manager
Job Description
10+ years of experience in #project #delivery with large developers, knowledge of #QCS and authorities' requirements. Responsible for timely and cost-effective project delivery of #building projects. Ensure the final handover to #Asset Management, meeting pre-agreed criteria (quality, scope of construction, licenses required) Oversee and ensure project controls and #QHSSE compliance of projects. Profound technical knowledge of project delivery processes, having managed at least one of the sub-functions directly. Demonstrated management skills, including relationship with 3rd party suppliers (contractors, consultants, etc.) & government entities.
