Managing priorities and capacities of a small development team (2 people - ERP, PowerApps).
Project management of an ongoing project to digitize a large part of internal processes across all departments of the company - from book production in editorial offices, through marketing to sales and warehouse.
Management of diverse projects and their stages, including planning, schedules and resource management.
Management of statuses and workshops. Negotiations across the company and with external suppliers.
Evaluation of project risks and proposals for their minimization.
Project analysis and proposals for new projects according to the company's strategic goals.
Creation of regular reports and their presentation.

Job Requirements
With excellent communication and organizational skills.
With at least three years of experience in a similar position
Willing to learn new things and come up with innovative ideas.
With knowledge of project management methodologies and a willingness to educate your team and those around you, who is not afraid of technical documentation, ERD, process diagrams or drawing wireframes
Familiar with company processes and ERP.
